PMB Burch is a daughter, sister, wife, mother and nana. I'm a fun, loving and caring person with a warm heart, who enjoys dancing, singing, traveling, reading, playing board and video games and enjoys spending time with family and friends. I'm an introvert and an out-of-the-box thinker and challenge's myself to come up with creative ideas and solutions. 

How it all started?

For years I've dreamt of writing children's books. Following my retirement in 2021 I began working on that dream. And before I knew it, I had two book ideas that were slowly coming to life. And now, I can celebrate my accomplishment of fulfilling my dream and becoming an author.

What are my desires as an author?

My desires as an author are for my readers to enjoy my stories and to write a book series. 

Why I write children's books?

When my daughters were young, we'd have story time where I would read to them, changing my voice to suit the characters. Their eyes would light up and I could see that they were enjoying the stories. And having that quality time with my daughters, made my heart smile.

So, I write children's books because I want children to experience the adventures of the characters, feel the emotions and learn values, compassion and social skills. I want them to know that it's ok to dream and to work towards making those dreams come true.
